Sven is the founder and CEO of T5RA and brings heart, experience, and dedication to the project. With a strong commitment to youth empowerment and integration, he supports young people from Africa in building meaningful futures in Germany. He understands the challenges newcomers face – and meets them with patience, clarity, and genuine enthusiasm. Sven is not only a point of contact, but also a mentor who builds bridges with great sensitivity – between cultures, institutions, and people. 

Desmond is a passionate educator, team player, and rugby athlete from Kenya. With a background in project management and strong communication skills in English, Swahili, and German, he brings a unique mix of discipline, leadership, and intercultural experience to T5RA. His journey – from the rugby field to teaching German -reflects his commitment to personal growth and empowering others. At T5RA, Desmond supports young talents not only as a teacher, but also as a role model who understands the power of perseverance and teamwork.

Samantha  is a passionate German language educator and intercultural specialist from Kenya. With a Master’s degree in Intercultural German Studies, international academic experience in Germany, and teaching roles at the Goethe-Institut and various Kenyan universities, she brings both linguistic excellence and cross-cultural competence to the table. Samantha is deeply committed to education, youth empowerment, and cultural exchange—values that align closely with T5RA’s mission.
